Your personal information will be collected when you book a survey, either by phone or by email, and in some cases, when sending a query through the online forms.

Why is it being collected?
Personal information is being collected to allow us to contact you in any matters relating to the accumulation of data relating to your property and to supply you with your Energy Performance Certificate or other procured service.
How will it be used?
By requesting an Energy Performance Certificate or other service from Wattsmart Limited you are consenting to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of producing a valid Energy Performance Certificate or servce in line with the legal obligation to do so under ENERGY PERFORMANCE OF BUILDINGS REGULATIONS. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy.
Who will it be shared with?
The ENERGY PERFORMANCE OF BUILDINGS REGULATIONS require a copy of all Energy Performance Certifcates to be lodged on a national Register. This data may also be processed by our Accreditation Scheme as part of Assessor surveillance activities. Under no circumstances will we give your personal information to third-parties for the purposes of marketing activities.
